CAC Amsterdam May 3rd-5th, 2007

Dear Affiliate,

The PartyPartners Affiliate Team will be in attendance at CAC Amsterdam May 3rd-5th, 2007. We will be at booth numbers 34 and 35. We look forward to meeting with all affiliates who are also attending the conference. Please contact your Affiliate Manager as soon as possible to let us know if you’ll be attending and indicate a preferable time and date to meet up. If you are unsure of your Account Manager’s details, please email your response to affiliates@partypartners.com and we will email you back to confirm.

Change in RMP Qualifying Criteria (CPA and MGR)

Dear Affiliate,

The qualifying criteria for players acquired on per sign-up plan (CPA) trackers via inter-account transfers is changing. With effect from 20 April 2007, such players will be required to earn 200 PartyPoints before you will earn accruals for them.

The qualifying criteria for players acquired on Revenue Share plan ( MGR) trackers via inter-account transfers will change to 15 partypoints.

The qualifying criteria for all other players remains unchanged.

PartyCashier for Affiliates

Dear Affiliate,

We are pleased to launch the new-look PartyCashier for Affiliates. We hope that you will enjoy the new look and enhanced functionality. Please note that you will now be able to do the following

1. Select an account currency
2. Choose an account security question - You will be asked 2 random letters from the answer when you attempt to login for increased security.
